AutoCAD Map 3D

I have a user running into these errors when saving documents can you please take a look and suggst a solution please.  Below is the process he does upon the first error.  After the final error the program saves the document and returns to normal function.  As well this error does ot happen all of the time.  

1 - Automatic

 

2 – After ‘Ok’

 

3 – After ‘Ok’

 

4 – After ‘Ok’

Could this be an issue with the user's Support File Search Path (AutoCAD OPTIONS > Files tab)? I'm attaching a copy of mine for you to use as a comparison.

Remember that any custom paths need to be added BELOW the built-in Autodesk paths. Order matters in the Support File Search Path.
