Hi all,
I'm trying to access the 2009 NAIP imagery from the Oregon Imager Explorer website via FDO WMS connection.
http://oregonexplorer.info/imagery/AccesstheImager
and am trying to connect via the following link. that I copied out of the
Link:
http://navigator.state.or.us/arcgis/services/Frame
I keep getting a Failed Connection error with a message saying it couldn't find the proxy server.
Can anyone else get this to connect, and if so, what connection string did you use?
Thanks in advance!

Since I have no FDO Autocad, I tried to load into Qgis the following WMS layer:
and it works, so feel free to download the resulting Geotiff (loadable with _MAPIINSERT in "NAD83-Harn Oregon Lambert Ft")

Hi Randy. At first, I was a little suspicious of that WMS URL, because they usually end with a question mark. But I tried the URL that you posted, and I was able to connect alright using Default Version in AutoCAD Map 3D 2013.
Likely the issue has to do with your network configuration.
A new feature of AutoCAD Map/Civil 3D 2013 is the exposure of proxy settings -- we're trying to make it easier for our users to connect to WMS/WFS:
At my office, I was able to connect without enabling any proxy settings.
If you are on an older release of AutoCAD Map or Civil 3D you won't have the above settings available from within the program, but you can still try the solution here:
Connecting to WMS/WFS feature provider through proxy server

Please let us know how it goes. Thanks!
