AutoCAD Map 3D

Hello,

I have a user that is trying to uninstall and reinstall MAp 3D because of some errors.  After they uninstalled the software and tried to reinstall, it told him that the software was already installed.  I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions.  Thank you!!!
