Counting points in polygons

I have two topologies, first one is point topology and second one is polygon
topology. I'd like to select how many point from point topology fall in
polgon topology. Then I would like to create thematic map which shows
coloring poligons according to number of point fall into it.
Any suggestions about this procedure?
