Block Reference Scale Issue

I'm working with two different drawings to import Layers for Lot Grading and when I'm importing the Block Reference from the origin file, it's setup as Linescale 0.5, but when I import into my regular basemap, which is setup for Linescale 1, the text size is double what it should be. Is there a method for fixing this on my regular basemap, or do I have to setup something in the Origin File to fix this? Thanks.

Problem turned out to be the Block Reference's themselves. What had happened was when you import the Block Reference, somehow the text height didn't change, and instead you had the text field overlapping the box window it's supposedt to be. To fix this, open up the Block Reference Editor, and when you select the affected boxes, edit attribute, then change the height of the text to something that works for your project.
