AutoCAD Map 3D Wishes

I would like a way to edit the data tables in Map similar to how I can do it in ArcGIS. It would me nice to be able to edit, merge, search, etc. the data within the drawing.

I want to be able to view and edit Object Data in tables similar to how Link Templates are used.

This wish was fullfilled by 3rd party (Dotsoft) http://www.dotsoft.com/mwmaptools.htm however Autodesk is not doing anything to improve working with Object Data and is focused on FDO.
