    FDO Table Properties and views

I would like to see AutoCAD Map 3D 2013 develop a way to choose which fields are visible and in what order they are displayed in FDO data, and property tables.  With the continued increase in requirements mandated by the Air Force SDSFIE 3.0 we are having to show multiple columns/fields in our Oracle/SDE spatial data tables.  These columns/fields don't really mean anything to us, it would be nice to turn them off when updating data.  You can slide the columns in the data table so that they are not viewable, but this becomes very redundant each time you refresh or start your application.  The properties table has no capabilities of turning off or on which fields are visible and in what order.  ArcMap 10 has this function in the Table Properties dialog box under the Fields tab.  I am a long time CAD/GIS user, and prefer Autodesk functionality and products.  Also AutoCAD and AutoCAD Map 3D are Air Force wide approved and it is easier to obtain this software.  This functionality would be highly appreciated and would help me and many others perform my task with greater ease and an increase in productivity.

    Thanks Phil
