open window via autolisp command

Hello,
the Map R3 AutoLISP command (command "._OPEN" "_NO" "~")
showed the open window after saving the previous drawing.

In Map R5 the string "~" does not work anymore.
Does another way exist for Map R5 to pop up the open window?

work
