export to SHP, missing object data

I working on a GIS project, and have 3 pieces of data I need to attach to
the waterlines, class, type of material, and size. I attach the data in
Map, that's no problem, my problem is when I export and bring into ArcView,
it's only exporting 1 or the 3 records. How can I get Map to export all 3
records? I'm using Map 5. See my post in CF for the drawing called
"waterline gone bad".

never mind, I figured it out. I had the overwrite uncheck, therefore it was
adding new records.
