crashing when existing audtocad 3d 2011

Hey all,

I am experiencing a crash every now and then when i go to exit the program, i have notice that it will happen when i exit the program, and the save dialog box comes up and i select 'yes'.

The program stalls for a minute, then a fatal error message comes up...

Any help with this would be great.
