Hi Paul,
Here's the procedure.
Open a new DWG, attach the DWG with the contours, define a query to import
all the data, set Query Mode to Draw. Now you use Property Alteration to
change the elevation: this lets you change the properties of data as you
query it into the DWG. To move your points to the right elevation, you use
Property Alteration to change the Elevation, select Elevation, click on the
Data button near the foot of
the dialog box, choose the Elevation attribute, choose OK, then choose Add.
Choose OK and then Execute the query. Your data should come in at the
correct
elevation.
