TURN OFF TOOL TIPS

Hey  all,

I'm new to AUTOCAD 2012. One VERY annoying thing I'm trying to figure out is how do you turn off the tool tips/pop ups when you're entering a command? I know what command I'm using and I know what I want to do.

ROLLOVERTIPS = 0

Or maybe if don't like Quick Properties :

QPMODE = 0

Select Tools from Preferences under the Photoshop CC PC Edit tab. Turn off the Show Tool Tips checkbox in the Options area when the Preferences dialog appears, as shown here. I owe you one for this.

Is it possible to completely turn off tooltips for this screen everywhere? It comes back on each time I connect into the DSS server.

Is there a choice anywhere?
I use the Firefox and Chrome browsers in their Free (v10) and Entreprise (v9) editions.
