I have my own profile and am comfortable with it but there are a few things that don't seem to save to it. One example is the columns in my Layer Palette. I move them around and resize them every day when I start and it is quite annoying that they don't stay how I left them!
I would also like to be able to set a global setting for snapping etc. so that when I open a file that someone else worked on before me, their snap settings are not there. Now I have to also set up all the snap settings and often I forget resulting in irritating behaviour in the program.
