Problems in colour drawings with text (Hatch, Solid)

When I create solid hatch everything goes under the solid colour. Sometimes text is ok but when I plot text is under again. So I would like to ´colour´ my dwg without losing any infomation?

you can either use draworder to bring text to the front or you can re
hatch selecting the boundary and the text.
