Problem when zooming in/out map with quered polygon layer

On AutoCAD Map 3D 2012 I conected to shp file with polygon objects (47000 objects in ~65000 squre meter teritory).

With default stilization everything is ok - I can zoom in/out and it is quite fast.

If I query data by location (intersects simple square polygon) - it sucessfuly filters the data, but zooming in and out becomes very very slow.

with other types (points, lines) of object there is not such problem.

I imagine on every zoom  in/out it recalculates for the query filter. Should it work in this way? becouse it is not logical with less count of objects it becomes slower..

Tried to convert to SDF file - the problem is the same (maybe a little bit faster).

Also tried on Map 3D 2011, Civil 2011 and 2012, 32-bit and 64 -bit) windows 7 x64

Any ideas how this can be repaired or avoided?
