I do not have a plotter. The largest paper I can print on is 11x17.
I am needing to create a drawing which can be plotted on A1 size paper.
How can I get this A1 size to show up in Paper Space so I can use viewports to set up the layout?
Thanks,

set up the default printer as dwg->pdf (or other PDF creation driver) and set the plotter's default paper size as A1 or a custom size equivalent to A1.
Another way to have all formats up to A0 is to add e.g. an HPGL/2 plotter in Windows Control Panel, setting it to plot to "File".
If you'll really send your drawing to that .PLT file, it will be physically printable in every plotting service in your town, sir.
True, but I know I can open a .PDF to see what "version" of the print I'm sending out. If I'm storing .PLT files, is there an application to look at them without printing?
Thanks!
