Plotting pdf's using PDF995

Hi

I'm having issues plotting using PDF995. Rather than plotting the current drawing the pdf writer is plotting the last thing that i sent to plot ie. If i plot drawing A and close it, then open drawing B and plot a pdf, the pdf is of drawing A.

Any ideas?
