If someone already has the drawing open, anyone
else opening it at the same time will only have read-only access.

 

When you say "superuser", it sounds like you may be
using Map? If so, you need to "attach" drawings, not "open" them, if you want
multiple users to have access to the same drawings.

can
you tell me how to enable this function, I get one prson to open a document
and then when the next user goes in the get a read-ony document, I have logged
in as SuperUser and tried to access the same documents that are open but with
no luck
