Move to a new coord system

I have a drawing that is in Metric NAD83 state plane coords and I need to
get it into US survey feet NAD 83 state plane... Is there a simple way to
have MAP make this transformation or is it a matter of me manually moving,
scaling and rotating what I have?

Start a new drawing, set your units and coordinate system to the desired
type.
Query in the other drawing and map takes care of the transformation for you.

Be sure to assign the original coordinates in the original drawing first.
