Microsoft Access 2013 Database Not Compatible With Map 3d 2014

Hi all,

Recently our company upgraded to office 365 with Microsoft Access 2013. I cannot seem to connect to this new format using the task manager. We used to use quite an old version, 2003 I think with no worries.

Am I doing something wrong or have the developers missed something quite fundamental to Map 3d?

Thanks

Hello

As far as I know AutoCAD / MAP products are not compatible with the new MDB format (ACCDB)  !

You have to save your Database in the good old MDB format (Access 2000/XP/2003)

Thanks for your reply Pat

Hopefully it will be included soon as I want to set up my laptop with Map 3d, I have registered Map 3d, and the new Access 2013, but I can't find an old version, even a paid one. They won't sell you old versions either.

Thanks

Sigurd

Hello

Sorry I haven't my PC with MAP 201X & Access 2010 with me

but (if I remember well) with Access 2010, you can save (or convert) your Database as good old MDB file

So I presume It can be possible with Access 2013, please search somewhere in the Tools ...

It was a good idea but I still get "Failed to create the data source file"

unless I am doing something wrong..

Thanks
