Memory allocation error in win2k

Just upgraded to win 2k-p2 from 98se. Map 2000 and cadoverlay 2000 in use.
I installed the drivers for my hp350c plotter from hp'z web site like
recommended but when I choose the plotter from the plot dialog I get a
"memory allocation error". and I can't plot. In fact the hp350c dissapears
from the selection. Anyone else ran into this..??

Anybody? Same error message with new win2k Pro + HP1055CM.
Will look for patch and new driver from HP and see if they helps.

Does anybody know of a solution for this problem?
I am having the same problem, running win 2k sp2
and Autocad Map 5 (2002) when printing to my local HP 1220C
all the computer memory resources is grab by the print job,
and it takes a while to release it, sometimes it never does and therefore all the printer icons disappear.
I downloaded the latest drivers already, and still the same problem.
Any suggestions?

If you are using plot spooling, sometimes the spool service gets disabled. Look in services, and "Restart" the service.
It happens to me from time to time.
