MapTutor (Run-time error '429')

Hi,

I usually used to create a drive alias for my map tutorial whenever I want to study. But, recently when I follow the map tutorial thru help menu > tutorial the create drive_alias is needed to activate the tutorial. When finishing the creation of drive alias a Run-time error '429' ActiveX component can't create object. What should i do to remedy this? This only happened for the first and i already re-install the software several times. i'm using MAP5, Windows 2000 and Pentium III.

Joselito,

I followed the steps for creating the drive alias
and have no problems doing that. Can afterwards start any of the tutorials
without getting the runtime error.

There seems to be something wrong with your setup,
configuration or something else (sharing violations, conflicts with other
programs' dlls, etc.).

If re-installing doesn't help, I'd recommend to get
in contact with your dealer.

Sorry for the inconvenience.
