We are running LDD3 on an XP Pro machine, joined to a domain. User has local admin rights. I have tried reinstalling and repairing LDD but the situation remains. Upon startup the user receives two error messages, the second shown below. The first error states that "Menu load failed. File not found: C;\Program Files\Land Desktop\support\acad.(mnu/mns/mnc)" The second error follows after cancelling out of the "Start from scratch" dialog. The program remains in the limited menu and toolbar state shown after the second error is cleared. The LDD3 main program works fine. Any help would be much appreciated.
