Map 3D 2013 ECW

ECW file 6.5 GB big is not connecting via FDO in Map 2013. Error states: "Failed to open FDO connection." and "File does not exist."

That particular file CAN be opened in Map 2012, and it CAN be inserted into Map 2013 via Raster Desgn...

Did anybody noticed such a behaviour ?

I have experienced the same issue. After working with support, the final answer was "Yes, that does not work correctly. Try to use 'mapiinsert'." If you find a way to make it work, please let me know...
