Interactive map

I am currently using Map 3D for our utilities map. I need to improve the map to interactive.... by interactive I mean just the line weight. For example there are 8 water lines that has different diameters. I need to have those water line type we created to clearly distinctly display both zoom in or zoom out.
Not just scale with the zooming function.

I am not sure if Map 3D or any of AutoCAD program have this type of function. I really appreciated for all the help I can get.

If you need dynamic lineweights (ie..that maintain relative width display
based on zoom scale) you will not get that capability with Map. You might
want to consider a GIS platform such as ArcGIS.
