Inserting multiple dynamic blocks in the drawing like copy command?

Hi Guys,

 

Anyone expert in Dynamic Blocks please let me know if it is possible to insert the multiple dynamic blocks juz like we use copy command and paste it multiple times. I have a drawing where i need to place callouts perpendicular to the polylines and for this,  evertime  it takes 2 clicks to achieve the objective.

 

I need the solution only within the  scope of the dynamic blocks.

 

Please help me.
