Importing OS MasterMap data using a display template file

An entry in the tips and tricks section states that you can use the mastermap.dwt file to import OS Mastermap in GML. Is this mastermap.dwt file a standard template in Map 3D 2007 and where is it located. If not, where can I get it from ?

Have tried loading OS mastermap set for my area, works fine up to a point where I loaded the tenth GML file ,then crashes badly with and unhandled exception error, have recovered this file but the whole drawing is now unworkable due to the length of time to run commands. Looking at loading each GML file individually but how you then manage it and use user only updates is a big ?
