Import GDB File to Map

All,
Ok - this is probably a very simple question -- I have been able to import SHP files into Map 3D, but now we have recieved data from others in a GDB format (many extensions in the data set: .freelist, .gdbindexes, .gdbtable, .gdbtablx, .lock, etc.). Is there a way to import this directly into Map 3D without having the original program?

Thanks in advance for your help!

It sounds like you have a File Geodatabase. Map can not import or connect to
this format as it is an ESRI proprietary format. If possible see if you can
get someone with ArcGIS to convert to Shapefiles for you. OR get one of ESRI
60 day demo versions to do it yourself.
