Horizontal Attributes

Using MEASURE or DIVIDE choosing "Align Block With Object"  I would like the Attributes to stay in a horizontal position rather than rotating along with the block.

One could do that by using "Enhanced Attribute Editor" setting rotation for text option to "0" for each inserted block. But there are lots of blocks...

I already tried Dynamic Blocks without success.

Any suggestions?
