Hi,

some questions:

  • What AutoCAD-Map3D release do you have?
  • What Servicepack have you installed for it?
  • Is it reproducable (every time you click an item) or does it appear randomly?
  • What datasource-type do you use? SHP, SDF, SQLite, ....?
  • Where does this datasource com from, what software created this data?
  • Does that datasource contain polygons, arcs, points or mixed data?
  • Have you tried to convert it to SDF and continue that way?
  • Have you tried to connect the data into a new drawing?
  • Have you checked the current drawing with _AUDIT (before and after connecting the data)

Additional info would bve helpful:

a) Screenshot from your crash

b) Data-Upload if you are allowed to show that

Hi,

try to login to your pc/to your Windows with another user-account, then start AutoCAD-Map .... same problem?

What has changed on your pc since it was fully functional last time? Any updates from Windows? Was there anything installed in the meantime?

Thank you for the feedback!

I also don't understand the reason why this helped, but now we know that it's worth to try it! 😉
