Enhanced Style Tools - Polyline with offset

Hello everybody,

with the new enhanced style tools in AutoCAD Map 2012 I can combine different line-types or even text to a new line-style.

But is it also possible to use a line, which has an offset to the center line like I can do with multilines or with ArcGIS? This feature would be really important for me.

I want to draw lines like in the attached plan, where the thick blue or green or circle or dashed lines belong to the parallel black thin polylines. Today I need a expensive third party application to draw such lines in autocad productive. So I am curious, if this is also possible with autocad (map) vanilla.

Mulitlines are not applicable, because they can not have arc segments.
