Dual Display causes Slow performance

After going to a new HyperThread 2.8 P4 with a Serail ATA drive, whenever I
enable the Dual-Monitors on the nVidia Ti4200-128 with the latest nVidia
drivers, my system almost slows to a crawl.
As soon as I disable the dual display and run only one monitor, performance
comes back.
This happens whether I run Cad by itself or with EaglePoint, the latest with
EP but on Autodesk Map5.

Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
Thx,
Emilio

Get a Matrox 550 dual card. I know it works.

Start by going to Display Settings, Advanced, Troubleshoot. Move the control
left by one increment and retest. Repeat until you realize an improvement.
It disables some functionality but should help diagnose the cause ...
