Curve solver

I was recently using Civil 3D 2010, but am now using Map 2007, ( and this was a promotion?). I am looking for a "Curve Solver", and saw in the discussion groups that one was made by Peter Funk, and even improved upon by Laurie Comerford. I cannot find either one, and wodered if anyone knew exactly where to find them. They mention that it can be downloaded, but I cannot find the areas they refer to. If someone could, it would be helpful to post a direct link to the web page either program is found on.

Yes, that work's! I noticed that you can only input angles in decimal for (instead of DDMMSS). That's ok, but it would be nice to be able to input Degrees, Minutes, Seconds.
