Best sequence of pedit commands to reposition Tiger Data

Hey all,

I am looking for the best and most efficient use of pedit or any other
category of commands to reposition Tiger Data to a State Plane coordinate
system. Is there a good methodology for this? Also if anyone had ever had to
do this, how long did an average sized county take? Thanks for any info.
