Autocad Map 3D 2014 64 bit Crashes when plotting

Good Day

I am an IT administrator for a Civil Engineering Consultants firm.

I have recently installed Autocad Map 3D 2014 64 bit with Servce Pack 1 for one of the users to test if it is a stable version.

Autocad keeps crashing when trying to plot to any printer.

There is no error message.

Please Help

Are you sayin' it crashes even upon printing to a PDF virtual file..?

Always the Same problem when printing/plotting to HP DesignJet , PDF Creator, DWG to PDF.pc3 , etc ?

Always the Same problem with and without Images/Rasters ?

Always the Same problem with and without FDO Layers ?

This is very likely a printer drivers issue. We have the same problem where I work where if people plot using drivers from the wrong print server Map will fatal error every time. I would start there and see if that fixes it.
