Audesk Map 5 "Fatal Error" at start

I need help with Autodesk Map 5
This is the second time that I have this problem and I can not find the solution.
I installed Autodesk Map 5 everything was fine and working ok and the next day for no apparent reason I can not launch the program, it gives me a "Fatal Error" and just shut the program down, so I can not access to AutoCAD at all.
The last time that it happen I was forced to re-install the Autodesk Map 5, I do not want to do this again.
This is the type of message that I get when I launch the program:

"Unhandled Exception C0000005 (Access Violation Reading 0x03f1) at address 73e2e3a9h"
and then "Fatal Error"
I really appreciate if somebody can help me…!!!
