2012 Map Tutorials

When I download the map tutorials samples from the online tutorials I get a message that the fields were created by a newer version.  I checked twice to make sure we dowloaded the 2012 versions.  When I convert the files with trueview, they open, but I get a message that the database is broken.  Audit does not find any errors.

Does anyone have a 2012 version of the tutorials?

I tried the files listed under the 2013 section and they work.  I think they have the order messed up.
