Can anyone guide me to create a Object Data Records for polyline, text and group in AutoCAD Map3D?

What effort you have tried? What version of AcadMap do you use? You can use either COM API (VBA) and Map .NET API to create OBject Data. However, if you have already moved to use 64-bit AutoCAD, then you'll have to use .NET API.

If you know AutoCAD .NET programming iin general/in basics, then the sample code/project come with AutoCAD Map ObjectARX SDK (do not confuse it with vanilla AutoCAD ObjectARX SDK) and the code shown in the document (skd.arx.net.dev.chm/.pdf) is good enough to get you started. If you have not downloaded the Map objectARX SDK, then downloading it would be the first step for you to do.
