need help fixing errors

I just installed BS2004 and when i start the program i get the errors
that tell me i cannot get commumication controler. i go to use help to
fix and there is no help. please help!!!!

Hi Phil,
Is it the Communication Center that are causing the error? What are the
exact error message? What happens after you get the error; can you use the
application?

i can use the application without a problem. the error message is about
the commucation center not connecting.

Hi Phil,
This problem has been discussed in the newsgroup autodesk.autocad.2004;
search for "communication". The problem may be related to the firewall if
you are using one.
The communication center is a tool for getting updates and product
information and announcements e t c. You can read more about it in the help
file for BS2004. Type in the keyword Communication Center in the index tab.
