    it is AecSetLayerKeyOverride
    in release three I have a pull down menu that sets the major and status
    overides and it uses this command but it doesn't recognize it in 2004

    Hi John -

    There is no such command, but there is a function called
    AecSetLayerKeyOverride. Before it will run you will need to load a specific
    arx to access the function. The arx that you need to load is called
    AecLMgrLisp40.arx and should be in your installation folder.
