I created block based mvpart. It has a schematic block in it. And I work in a template that shows mvparts in schematic view. But then when a duct pass over mvpart then it doesnt seem hidden. If I change my mvparts view to plan, then its normal. Is it a bug or just a common thing that mep doesnt show mvparts hidden when they are in schematic view?.

If your dispaly configuration is set to only show the Schematic represetnation of the MvParts, then no, it is not expected to show hidden lines.
You can see this by opening DIsplay Manager, and browsing to Representation By Object > Multi-View Part. Select Plan, notice on the Layer/Color/Linetype there is Contour, Contour - Hidden, etc... Select Schematic.. now all you see is Contour.
