My rtext (Remote text) display as a text box until I initiate the Rtext
command at least once in the given drawing. I thought I remember having this
problem before and solving by loading something in my start up suite. Can
anyone help?

Hi Nick -

You might try adding Rtext.arx to the start-up suite. Rtext.arx should be located in c:\Program Files\Autodesk Building Systems 2004\Express.
