Revision Cloud - Layer Control

Default or preset layer for "Revision" cloud from the Annotate Tab, Markup panel is "G-Anno-Std-Revs". Can this default layer be changed and if so, where?

It is set by the layer key style defined for use in your drawing/template and is held in the Style Manager. See image below for identifying the assigned layer key style and the revision cloud setting.
