This is what I was sent for the same reason.

Since toolbars and other interface objects are now controlled by Workspaces, you will want to create custom Workspaces and then force those to apply on startup.
You can force a specific profile and Workspace to load on startup by adding Switches to the MEP icon. The technical solution below, has instructions to do this. You'll want to use the /w and /p switches.
