    Mike,

This is a peer to peer forum, users helping users. While on occasion
AutoDesk employees do post here in response to questions, this is not a Post
your question here to get an answer from AutoDesk forum. If a user feels he
or she can assist by posting a reply then they will. If you are in need of
immediate response from AutoDesk, please go through your reseller for
    assistance.

    Mr. Harper,
AutoDesk employees and the peer group have been very helpful via the user's
group forum in the past few weeks and since ABS2004 is a new package, I
assume AutoDesk will continue to be of assistance.

My request was addressed to the user group, AutoDesk and to anyone else if
    they can help.

I am still hopeful that someone in the user's group or an AutoDesk employee
    will be of assistance.
