How to make a 3d Surface/Me sh?

I see the solids menu, but do not see where to make a 3d surface or Mesh as described in the ACAD help file?

You will need to load the standard acad menu.
Or copy that part of the acad menu into your BS menu. Or you can type in
the commands.

?? you'd think there would some menus in Bldg Sys. since we are required to build Mvparts. If I load the ACAD menu, which I've done by mistake already, I lose all of my previous menu settings. Is there a way to draw a solid then explode it to surfaces?

It is possible to switch to AutoCAD menus by
selecting Window->Pulldowns->AutoCAD Menus. To switch back select
Building Systems->Restore Building Systems Menus. As Jody points out you
will lose your menu settings (toolbar positions e t c) when switching. If
that is a problem I would suggest using two different profiles; one for
AutoCAD menus and one for Building Systems menus.
