How do you extract design property data?

I'm not able to get the Data Extraction tool to grab all property data on the Design tab.
Example:
When selecting a piece of cable tray the Design tab contains location values such as "Start Point X, Start Point Y, etc..". The Data Extraction tool does list the values as optional data to output. Does anyone know how to add the values on the Properties Design tab to the Data Extraction list?
The Property Data Export option does not output the values either.
Adding the Location-EndX, etc.. values to the CableTrayObject definition does not work either as the returned value does not match the values on the Properties Design tab.
Any help on this is appreciated.

I do not think every AutoCAD MEP property set property is available for Data Extraction. I do have a friend here that may know how to get that data. I'll ask.

What are you trying to do, get some sort of output that has the start and end coordinates of each cable tray segment?
I'm not sure if Data Extraction will do this, but using a schedule shouldn't be problematic.
Refer to the attached image... you can see that the Location-StartX is shown in decimal inches, whereas the Start Point X is shown in Feet-Fractional Inches format.... so the values are the same.. just in different units.
Depending on what you are doing with the data, you may not want it in Feet-Fractional Inches (i.e., to do further numerical computation in Excel, for example, the feet + inches signs can be problematic.)
It isn't clear from your post if you are having a feet/inches problem, or perhaps meters/ millimeters... in any event, you can apply a property data format to the values shown in a Property Set and/or in a Schedule to format the values however you like.

Thanks for the update and yes we are trying to extract data for things such as the start & end coordinates for a Cable Tray segment.
We are looking at adding the values via the Extended Data properties set under the Style Manager as you have explained. What is interesting is the values that show up in the Extended Data tab are not matching the values on the Design Properties Data tab.
Let me work on getting some screen grabs on this.

If it isn't due to the units as explained previously, quite possibly your drawing has a UCS (User Coordinate System) set? The values on the Design tab will reflect the UCS coordinates. The values in the Property Set (Extended Data) will show values relative to WCS (World Coordinate System)

JTHO,
If you set your UCS back to World, do the values now match? or match with unit conversion?

JTHO,
Following up on this issue. Did Martin's suggestion help?
