What is the deal with the locations that AUTOCAD looks for support files and other things like plot styles? In the options it's telling you a file that in Windows Explorer you cannot get. All I want to do is to place my plotter configurations and styles into the folder that its looking for. This (\Application Data\Autodesk Building Systems\R16.0\enu\Support) thing I don't care for.

The application data\... is required by Microsoft for Windows XP Logo
    compliance.

You can get to this location with windows explorer, but you need to set
windows explorer so that it can view hidden files. To do this open explorer
and go to Tools -> Folder Options -> View and turn on the radio button for
    "Show Hidden Files and Folders"

Not that I understand your question completely, but the long path from what I understand is driven my Microsoft to be XP compliant. I don't think Autodesk had any say in the matter, but I could be wrong.

Thanks Jason, that worked and it explains alot. I would have never clicked that radio button. Now, how about my other question about (Right clicking shortcut menu) problem?
