Fatal Error adding Pipe or Pipe Fitting

I'm getting a FATAL ERROR and the program will close any time I try to add pipe or pipe fittings. This happens with any file even a new drawing. Adding pipe / Stretching pipe / Moving pipe / Adding pipe fitting Fatal Error. This is happening with my mep 2012 so I decided to try my mep 2010 version and the same thing happens.

      Can any one help!!!

    Hi,
You can try the following things:

    1. Try to install the graphic driver from the hardware graphic list:
      http://www.autodesk.com/autocad-graphicscard
Search for you graphic card in the list and then install the certified driver version.
    2. Reinstall the .NET Framework. From the control panel uninstall all the .NET Framework versions. Then install the .NET Framework 4.0 from the Microsoft site. http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/netframework/aa569263.
    3. Make sure you start a new drawing with a MEP template (for example "Aecb Model (US Imperial Ctb).dwt").
If you have an existing drawing, then you can try to select all (Ctrl +A), then copy to clipboard (Ctrl +C). Start a new drawing from the MEP template "Aecb Model (US Imperial Ctb).dwt". Paste from clipboard (Ctrl +V).
    4. In some few cases the Navisworks Export utility seems to interfere. If you have it installed, try to uninstall the Navisworks Export to see if it makes a difference.
