Duct Size Text (are they labels?)

I have a user who set an override to turn off the visibility on the flex duct size that was in his drawing - now we can't find ANY way to turn it back on. I've been through proderty sets, etc, looking, but can't find where it is. Is it possible that it something so simple that I'm making too hard to find???

    Help!!!!

    Hi Sylvia -

If your user got the tags automatically as the flex duct was drawn, then
yes, they are label. What they need to do to turn them back on depends on
what they did to turn them off...

I'd start by looking at the label styles and see if there are any overrides
applied to any of the label styles. If there aren't any overrides there,
then they used instance overrides. The trick that you can do to make them
visible again is to add a new custom display rep for the label objects and
turn that on in the current display config. Now they will show up until you
    can "fix" them.
